FVB Srl (The Hive) is a business accelerator certified by the Ministry of Economic Development since 2014, born from the collaboration between an Australian family office and an entrepreneur from the Marche region. It promotes innovation and entrepreneurial growth through an internationally recognized operational model, supported by a strong network of investors, universities, and research centers. Through incubation and acceleration programs, The Hive supports startups and SMEs in defining their business models, strategic planning, and accessing capital and international markets.
On the occasion of Innovation Africa 2025, The Hive presents two incubated startups, with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships in the education sector and contributing to the sustainable development of African educational systems.
The first is GCube, a digital services agency specializing in the development of e-commerce platforms and advanced web solutions. With expertise in data analysis, omnichannel strategies, and digital infrastructures, GCube aims at leveraging its technologies to support education by creating accessible, scalable platforms for the distribution of educational content and the management of learning in primary and secondary education systems.
The second is Talent Start, which was created to support organizations in talent attraction and retention by offering a structured onboarding service. Its Talent Creation strategy includes personalized training programs and continuous monitoring, aiming at developing resources effectively while generating innovation and growth within organizations.
